Lisa and Lynn formed The Baby Lawyers because they wanted to protect growing families throughout one of the most important and exciting journeys of their lives. Focusing on all aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) law, Lisa and Lynn utilize their decades of experience to ensure their clients’ families are built on a strong legal foundation. Who We Are
Lisa R. Brant graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in 1991 and from UCLA School of Law in 1994. Before opening her own practice in San Diego in 2007, Lisa served as a partner at several prestigious law firms in Los Angeles, including the International firm of Hunton & Williams and the trial and litigation boutique of O’Donnell & Mortimer.
Lynn R. Levitan graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993. After moving to California in 1994, Lynn practiced at several AmLaw 100 law firms, including Steptoe & Johnson and Crowell & Moring, and served as Global Product Safety Counsel for Apple Inc. Lynn is licensed to practice in California, Maryland, District of Columbia, New York, Virginia, and Texas.
